From a small mountain town in China to the innovation hubs of the U.S., Wen Zhang’s journey is a case study of resilience, courage, and creating impact against all odds. Born in a world with no car, no internet, and no clear path forward, Wen taught herself English using a cassette player. After nine rejections, she made it to the U.S. in 2011.
Today, Wen is an accomplished entrepreneur, business strategist, and the founder of INNW Institute, where she helps leaders translate their boldest ideas into real-world success.
