My Story: From Silence to Stages
I wasn’t supposed to be here.
I grew up in a small mountain town in China. No internet. No car. No path forward. But I had a dream, and a cassette player. That’s how I taught myself English.
After nine rejections, I finally made it to the U.S. In 2015, applying for my MBA at Duke, I was asked:
“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
I wrote: “I want to start my own company.”
At the time, it felt ridiculous. But that dream stuck, until I could no longer ignore it.
Today, I’m the founder of INNW Institute, a global accelerator and coaching platform that helps women step into their full voice, visibility, and leadership. I’ve helped 1000+ businesses grow, scale, and raise over $53M in funding and sales combined. I’ve spoken on stages like TEDx, SXSW and more. I’m also a certified Dale Carnegie Leadership & Communication Coach with deep experience across Fortune 100 and startup ecosystems.
But most importantly, I’ve lived every inch of the journey from invisible to impactful.
And I’m here to walk that path with you.
